Last updated: April 4, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rebill.it (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Description of Service
Rebill.it is a software-as-a-service platform designed to help businesses recover failed payments processed through Stripe. The Service integrates with your Stripe account via a restricted API key to detect failed payment events and automatically send recovery email sequences on your behalf.
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Stripe Integration
By connecting your Stripe account via a restricted API key, you authorize Rebill.it to access your payment data strictly as necessary to provide the Service. This includes reading customer, invoice, and subscription data, as well as creating webhook endpoints. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your key in your account settings or from your Stripe dashboard.
Pricing and Billing
Rebill.it offers a free tier with limited usage and paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- —Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- —Send unsolicited, abusive, or misleading communications
- —Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- —Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Email Communications
Recovery emails are sent on your behalf using your configured sender identity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content and frequency of communications sent via the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and other anti-spam and data protection legislation.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rebill.it does not guarantee the recovery of any failed payments. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebill.it and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights (software, design, trademarks, and content), are and will remain the exclusive property of Rebill.it. You retain all rights to the data you submit to or generate through the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
